Kimberley Run

The day started quite early for most of us. Everyone was very excited to be a part of the launch of one of the many events to come for SABeemer Kimberley.

The 08 February 2014 was the date chosen for the breakfast run. The meeting point was scheduled for 10 o clock at Spotless Carwash where our BMW drivers took advantage of the opportunity to pamper their prized possessions.

20 BMWs, which varied from the e30 to the e93 left in convoy to McDonalds at the North Cape Mall. The weather played its part with sunny blue skies considering the recent spate of rain in Kimberley this week.

The convoy then drove to the scenic town of Barkly West which is approximately 40 kms away from Kimberley. We stopped at the  VIVA garage for some refreshments and then we headed off to the Pomp Huis which is a small pub and grill.

We relaxed for an hour or so before heading back home.

The day was a great success and the guys are already asking for the next event... which we agreed to hold on the 16 March 2014. Watch this space for more details..
