Finding clean E30s these days is becoming scaringly scarce. Fortunately we do come across some mint examples now and then, with meticulous owners keeping them spotless and factory fresh.
Dhiresh is one of those meticulous owners. His Diamantschwarz 1988 325i has only 134000kms and it is one of the cleanest E30s i've seen a long while.
In keeping with the OEM theme he fitted 16" BBS Mesh wheels which are from the E28 M5. The car sits a bit lower than standard thanks to H&R 35mm springs (Note that standard 325iS springs is 35mm too).
An OEM 1piece gear knob and boot compliments the clean interior.
The complete sets of head and tail lights were replaced with new parts from BMW
A full stainless steel exhaust and branches was custom made.
Less is definitely more when it comes to this E30.

This E30 brings me to another point where the current pricing of E30s are concerned. - (to those looking to buy E30s)
We see all the time E30s being advertised for ridiculous prices and when going to view them we find that alot of work has been done in either trying to get it to look clean or alot still needs to be done to try and make it look clean.
Any proud E30 owner will tell you that one can never put a value to an E30 because it is a special car, especially one that is specced like this one we have - sunroof, Sport seats, 2.5/2.7 head etc etc.
E30s cost alot because genuine replacement parts cost a fortune. So when shopping for an E30 be wise and note what has been changed /altered on the car. if it doesnt look as clean as Dhiresh' one or have a proper history and doesnt have original parts no matter how it shines and blings then price should be decent and negotiable.
