With the COVID-19 level restrictions now eased up, we are able to do 8th edition of our Cape Tunnel Run. 

We have however, split this years' Tunnel Run into 2 different dates.  The '1st Jab' will be on the 17th of October and the 2nd event (2nd Jab) will be on sunday the 21st of Nov 2021. This was decided before Level1 came into play and when COVID-19 numbers were still on the increase. 

We have lost alot of friends and family during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, and we urge participants of this TunnelRun to be cautious and follow strict guidelines in terms of Disaster Management Act: Regulations: Alert level 1 during Coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown

The SABeemer Tunnel Run is open to all BMW vehicles and bikes, and it is free to participate, as long as you have a licensed and roadworthy BMW vehicle and a responsible head on your shoulders. 

The SABeemer Tunnel Run is a purely social and recreational drive for all passionate BMW Owners to enjoy their pride and joy with other like-minded fans. It also allows us to see some of the beautiful places that the ever-gorgeous Western Cape has to offer. 

The meeting place is at FW de Klerk Blvd on Sunday morning 9:30am and we will drive at 10am.

Drive onto N1 Nelson Mandela freeway towards Paarl / Worcester

Drive through the 4km Huguenot Tunnel (speed limit 90kph) 

We regroup at the KFC / McDs at the worcester mall (+-120km from cape town) 

We will then drive back to Cape Town via the DuToits Kloof Pass 

 We plead with participants to be responisble , be safe , drive responsibly,  Abide by the laws of our roads - no speeding, no drunk driving, no racing, no spinning, wear masks, keep a distance and sanitize regularly. Participating in this drive is attended at each individuals' risk . 

 This should be a fun day for the entire family to enjoy.
